1. Get Enough Sleep
Following a stady sleeping routine is super inportent for your body. This it the habbit that will help your body to know when It's time to rest, and when It's time to put in the work during the day. Everybody have an internal clock. If It's inconsistent, then you're never gonna be able to build a healthy lifestyle.
But if you go to bed and wake up in the same time every day, your body is gonna respond so much better. You're not gonna be as tired in the morning, because your body will be used to waking up at that time.
Stop using your phone 30 minutes before bed, because your brain can go on rest mode. Set the mood in your room. If your sleep is better, you're going to feel better and be more productive.
2. Use Technology
With technology you can make your everyday life so much easier. Now we have incredible wireless headphones that we can use in the gym. Another helpful item is a smartwatch.
You can use that like a mobile phone, but it's just more simple. Another thing that can give you some free time, is to order everything and to buy everything on internet, so you don't need to waste your time in shops. If you want to make a little bit of side income, you can do that with a device and with internet.
3. Eat Healthy
You can workout all day long, but if your diet isn't good, your body is just not going to change. You need a clean diet. Most people don't do the research to know what's good and what's bad for their bodies. When you're young and do some exercise you may not gain fat from the junk food you eat, but for your body It's not good either.
Your diet has an inpact on everything in your life. Not only how you look but how it makes you feel better and most importantly it makes you healthier. Being healthier, sometimes you forget but it literally means better skin, better sports performance and extra years of life, just think how important this is. Try different fruits, veggies and stay away from sugar.
4. Exercise Regularly
Exercising regularly is not a boring thing. It's up to you to find ways to be more active. You have many choices. You can play sports, go running or hit the gym. I personally exercise 3 times a week. I love martial arts and my favourite is thai boxing.
If you want to get confidence, good posture and muscle, try some martial arts. You can start small, do something once a week. just get the habbit and you can exercise more later. If you do something 3 times a week like I do, you are going to change a lot in a good way. You are going to feel so musch better inside, and out.
5. Be Grateful
You should start this right now. Just think about one thing that you are grateful for every day. It can be for your health, your home, your girlfriend or your family. You can be even greatful for meterial things, like your new phone or laptop. There is always something to be greatful for.
Having a positive mindset is key for a healthy and happy life. Everything comes from your way of thinking. Think about all the good things that happened to you recently, even if they were small, tiny things. Sometimes you have bad days and thats normal, that happens to everyone. I can guarantee you if you do that every day, your life is going to change.
